- 3-night minimum booking for long weekends.
- A reservation deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your site or accommodation. This deposit is applied toward your stay at check-in and is not an additional charge, provided cancellation terms are met.

- Rates are subject to change without notice prior to May 1 annually. Prices are in Canadian Dollars. Subject to 13% HST* and 4% Accomodation Tax. Cash/Debit/CC and e-transfers accepted
- All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $15 reservation fee.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of the reservation deposit, minus the reservation fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
- No refunds will be issued for early departures, inclement weather, or no-shows.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- The campground reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for damages incurred.
- Damage charges may be applied up to a maximum of $500, depending on the extent of repairs required.
- Damage charges are assessed only if damage occurs and are separate from the reservation deposit.
- Electric Vehicle (EV) Fee: A $15 per night EV fee applies to all electric vehicles and will be added at check-in. The fee applies whether or not the vehicle is connected to campground power.

Serene Environment: Our is camp is reserved for families seeking a peaceful retreat. Kindly observe our quiet hours starting at 11 p.m. to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for all.
Campfire Regulations: Campfires are a cherished tradition; however, for safety and consideration, please extinguish them no later than midnight. Strict adherence to this rule is expected.
Recreational Restrictions: Motorized scooters and E-bikes may only be operated by adults on the campground premises. Minors are not allowed to use them.
No Golf Carts: In line with our policy implemented in 2018, the use of golf carts is not permitted within the campground.
Responsible Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol consumption is restricted to individual campsites. Please enjoy responsibly, respecting the peace and comfort of your fellow campers.
Pet Etiquette: All pets must be securely leashed while on the campground property. Ensure pets remain quiet to prevent disturbances for other campers. Promptly clean up after your pets to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
