Your home away from home, May through Thanksgiving. Seasonal camping at Sauble Falls Tent & Trailer Park means leaving your trailer set up all season — just show up and enjoy. No packing, no setup, no takedown. You're 5 minutes from Sauble Beach, across the road from the falls, and surrounded by people who come back year after year.
What's Included
Your seasonal fee covers everything you need for a full season:
- 2 adults + all children under 18
- Full hookups — water and sewer included
- Hydro metered per site — billed separately based on usage
- Children's playground on site
- Laundromat facility on site
- Camp store on site
- Right across from Sauble Falls — 5 minute drive to Sauble Beach

Good to Know
🚌 Trailer Age
Trailers must not be older than 10 years. All units are subject to park approval prior to placement.

Hydro is metered per site and billed separately.
📅 Season Dates
Season runs May 1 through Thanksgiving. Trailers may remain on site over fall and winter for an additional storage fee.
🏕️ Availability
Seasonal sites are offered based on availability. Join our waitlist to be contacted when a spot opens up.
💰 Fees & Deposits
Seasonal fees are due by May 1. A fall deposit is required to hold your site for the following season and is applied toward next year's fees.
🏗️ Site Additions
All additions — decks, sheds, gazebos, awnings, add-a-rooms — require park approval before installation. Additional fees may apply.
🐾 Pets
One pet included with your seasonal site. Additional pets may be subject to a fee. All pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
🚛 Large Equipment Fee
A Large Equipment Recovery Fee may apply to sites with larger or heavier equipment requiring additional resources or site support — including destination trailers, park models, trailers over 8ft wide, add-a-rooms, and hard awnings.
👥 Visitors
Visitors must check in at the office and pay the applicable visitor fee. Visitor access may be restricted on long weekends and during busy periods.
